Hi! I’m Shadi,

and I’m not your typical personal trainer. I work with my clients to go beyond the superficial need and get down to the root of what’s holding them back from their goals.

We bring awareness to limiting beliefs around food, identify the obstacles that prevent consistency in your routine, and uncover the thoughts that contribute to the struggles you just can’t seem to overcome on your own.

My goal is to give you the tools and resources to guide you to a place where you feel confident and capable of maintaining your goals well beyond our time together.

No matter where you are in your journey, we will honor your body and its needs as they vary from day to day, week to week — always prioritizing safety first.
